service, called Foster Carer Recruitment. Rolfe started his Career in Recruitment and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Recruitment Solutions designer for FTSE 100 companies. Designing solutions to save the companies money, to consolidate services and back office functions, and to introduce digitisation of the end to end process, currently supported with AI.
Rolfe then coupled this expertise with the study of the MBA
became an expert in business systems and specifically Recruitment Systems and Processes. Understanding something that sounds quite simple. If you need skills how do we let the people who have those skills you need them, and where do we find them.
Rolfe then became a Foster Carer himself, he was then awarded a National Award, Foster Carer of Distinction. He fostered a number of children over 10 years, Observing the life of a Foster Carer
going through the recruitment process himself, and observing the whole process from the view point of the recruiter and how it could be improved.
So Rolfe has a unique set of skills in the Fostering Sector, he was a Foster Carer himself for 10 years, he has worked with IFA's and LA's in Fostering Recruitment for 15 years, his MBA from Keele University business school was focussed on Recruitment Systems. He has external Corporate Recruitment experience from the commercial sector, designing recruitment solutions for large organisations.

Rolfe has developed a bespoke to the sector "Audit of Service" designed to review your end to end process and deliver a report of
suggested improvements.
Rolfe has also developed bespoke Marketing platforms to inform the latest Marketing techniques such as FosterFound and FosterSystem tools to help analyse the best possible campaigns and integrated plans to support more enquiries coming through.
Rolfe is finalising a nation recruitment tool called Fosterwave and is working with the government and industry bodies to adopt the
campaign nationally.
